It adheres strictly to the legal provisions governing the permissibility of handling of personal data - in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU GPDR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) - and has taken the necessary technical and organisational measures for data protection. Thai law applies accordingly.
